Artist's Statement |

My aim as an artist is to capture the special moments in life when there is a strong sense of connection and a feeling of everything being right with the world. I paint what inspires me in the only way I know how and what inspires me the most is love, love of places, love of people and love of our animals and birds too.
Very simply what I aim to express is the joy of being part of this amazing world, celebrating our happiest moments as part of the whole. For me, promoting love, happiness and well being is the most valuable thing that I can contribute as an artist. Throughout my life I have seen the extent to which art, both making it and enjoying it, can enhance people's lives by bringing joy, a sense of well-being and even a healing quality.
